Orders received before 12:00 CET on a business day will be shipped the same day, orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.
As our warehouse is in the European Union you will have no customs or import tax for your order.
If you have some in-stock and some backordered items we will ship your order once all the items are in stock. If you need in-stock items ship now, please process 2 separate orders: one for the in-stock items and one for the backordered items.
